Unfortunately not. You can arrange it in a way that works best for you and pay only for the features you need.

Who is a an agent?
An agent is a user,your employee or you yourself, who has access to all incoming messages and can answer them.

Can I change my plan features at any time?
Yes You have the freedom to add or remove your plan features at any time. Above all, your account should have sufficient balance to cover this payment.

When will payments be taken?
Payments are taken daily. The amount of daily payment depends on chosen features. The amount of daily payment and funds end date are adjusted regularly according to activating or deleting new features.

Will I lose my data if I don’t have enough funds in my account balance or use only free features?
No, your data will never be removed from Teletype. If you don't have enough funds in your account balance, all your data won't be removed and you still will be able to get incoming messages from the channels you previously added. However, you will then not be able to respond to messages until the funds are entered on your account.
